The Unshakeable Balance Community

is a community and training platform helping high fliers to master their nervous system, thrive under pressure, and develop embodied confidence and calm.

With breathwork and science-informed QiGong (meditative movement), we train the nervous system to expand our window of tolerance, align body and mind, and nourish energy like an ancient warrior.

“I healed remaining work burnout and resumed running half-marathons.”

Stefan is a devoted father and athlete with an ambitious career. After suffering burnout, he found himself unable to exercise without triggering symptoms, which in turn affected his mental wellbeing. We focused on re-establishing a healthy breath pattern, and progressively used QiGong to improve Stefan’s measured Heart Rate Variability (HRV) and embodied resilience to stress.

    Meet Iga Amal 

    I developed Unshakeable Balance from my own journey and years of clinical work. As an acupuncturist with a Master of Science and a martial artist, I’ve seen repeatedly how our response to stress is deeply linked to health, longevity — and even decision-making and focus! Ancient QiGong masters knew it, and science confirms it.

    True calm isn’t a matter of willpower. When the body is depleted or overwhelmed, the nervous system becomes over-reactive by design. This isn’t failure — it’s biology.

    That’s why lasting change must begin in the body. The nervous system is the foundation of mental and emotional stability, and the patterns of tension we carry reflect past stress, pain, illness and trauma.

    I’ve transformed my own resilience and energy and supported countless patients to do the same. I’ve overcome many internal “demons” and today, in addition to work, I’m a mother of three nearly grown children and a black belt in martial arts. Even though life’s demands have not decreased, I am calmer, steadier, and happier than ever.

    This is why I know Unshakeable Balance is possible for you too.
